There are no per-lead fees. Founding agencies pay a flat £24.99 a month until their first matched family, then £49.99 a month — no commission on the care you win, and no bidding for position.

Do I pay per lead or per month?

Per month. It’s a flat subscription to receive matched requests, not a pay-per-lead board — so your cost never rises with the number of families you talk to, and every client you win is yours entirely.

How are matches ranked?

By fit — the family’s area, the care they need, and your real availability — never by who pays most. No agency can pay to rank higher, and at most five agencies are matched to any one family.

What do I need to sign up?

Your CQC registration — we verify every agency against the CQC register before matching begins, which keeps impostors off WellChosen and reassures the families you’re matched with.

Can I cancel anytime?
